Agriculture, health and pesticides: A Phyto-Victimes exhibition at the European Parliament
|
HEAL and MEP Christophe Clergeau are pleased to invite HEAL members to view the exhibition “Agriculture, health and pesticides”, presented by HEAL member Phyto-Victimes, at the European Parliament in Brussels.
The exhibition will highlight personal stories of individuals and families whose health has been impacted by pesticide exposure. Through compelling photos, videos, and written testimonials, HEAL members will gain a deeper understanding of the human cost of pesticide use. Our friends from Phyto-Victimes will also be present and will share powerful firsthand accounts from those living with the consequences of pesticide exposure.
This special viewing will take place from 17:00 to 19:00 on Wednesday 15 October, after the first day of the HEAL General Assembly meeting, and will include a cocktail service.
Registration is required to take part in this event. Please select the relevant option when registering for the meeting.

HEAL will cover the cost of accommodation for one representative per member organisation, for up to two nights if attending both days of the meeting, or for one night if attending one day of the meeting. The HEAL secretariat will organise bookings in line with the information provided in the registration form, and will include breakfast. No additional costs (such as telephone, minibar, etc.) will be reimbursed by HEAL.

The following terms and conditions apply:
- Participants requiring travel funding support must submit their request when registering for the meeting, by Wednesday 1 October. No requests for funding support will be considered beyond that deadline.
- Requests for travel funding support will be processed by Friday 3 October. Do not make any bookings until your request has been approved!
- Travel funding support is only available to members whose HEAL membership status is in order (i.e. they have paid their membership fees or their request for a membership fee waiver was approved).
- Travel funding support is only available to members who participate in the full two-day programme of the GA meeting.
- Funding support is provided through the reimbursement of expenses, up to the pre-approved amount. Reimbursement requests must be made by Sunday 9 November, using the dedicated expense claim form.
