The Mutualités Libres/Onafhankelijke Ziekenfondsen works as a kind of back office for 3 independent health insurance funds who are member of this group of health insurance funds. Our missions:
1) Legal interlocutor with regard to the government and the actors in the compulsory health insurance for medical care and disability benefits
2) Knowledge center for specific matters such as Belgian and European regulations, medical and legal aspects, strategic studies, international projects
3) Service center for our 3 independent health insurance funds for activities such as information, digitization, legal matters, development of new tools and products, etc.
