Annual membership fees
HEAL's approach to membership fees is guided by the following principles:
- Larger organisations pay more than small organisations.
- Financial capacity is the main criteria for setting membership fees rather than staff numbers.
- As there are no significant differences between HEAL’s two membership categories, the same membership fees may be applied to all members.
- In exceptional circumstances, the HEAL Executive Committee may approve requests for a membership fee waiver. Such requests should be duly justified with evidence of financial hardship. Membership fee waivers are exceptional and are not intended to be granted each year.
- The HEAL Executive Committee may approve requests for a membership fee reduction. Such requests should be duly justified.
HEAL membership fees vary depending on the annual revenue of a member organisation. The table below outlines applicable membership fees approved by the HEAL General Assembly in October 2025.
